The research was conducted in Kupang Regency. Of the 24 sub-districts in Kupang Regency, 3 sample sub-districts were determined and then 2 sample villages were determined for each of these sub-districts purposively.
The results showed that the factors that significantly influence the productivity of beef cattle business are: support for livestock production facilities and infrastructure, human resource support, market support, and socio-cultural motivation. The factor that has a significant influence on the sustainability of beef cattle business is human resources. Factors that have a significant influence on sustainability through productivity are support for cattle production facilities and infrastructure, human resource support for breeders, market support, and socio-cultural relationship motivation. The productivity of the livestock business has a significant relationship with the sustainability of the beef cattle business.
